Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Amazon Marketing Expert to take full ownership of growth across our Amazon store. This is a strategic, high-impact role that goes beyond ad management — you will lead listing optimization, advertising performance, and keyword ranking strategy to drive measurable revenue growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and capable of operating independently while collaborating with design and operations teams to maximize sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
- Build and manage campaign structures from Auto to Manual to Scaling, with a focus on improving ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS
- Lead end-to-end listing strategy including titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, and product positioning
- Define product USPs and content direction, working closely with designers to produce high-converting visuals
- Conduct keyword research and expansion to identify high-impact terms and improve organic ranking
- Align PPC and SEO strategies to maximize both paid and organic visibility
- Analyze performance metrics including CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, and revenue to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks
- Develop and execute product launch strategies to support ranking and visibility for new products
- Provide weekly performance insights, reports, and actionable growth plans
- Coordinate with the operations team on inventory, pricing, and promotions to ensure marketing and operations are aligned
Mandatory Skills
- Proven track record managing Amazon PPC campaigns with measurable, results-driven outcomes
- Strong understanding of the Amazon algorithm, organic ranking factors, and conversion optimization
- Experience in listing optimization including titles, bullets, A+ Content, and image strategy
- Proficiency with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon research platforms
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear action plans
- Ability to take full ownership of a role and drive results with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently across multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing PPC and listings across multiple products or brands simultaneously
- Proven history of scaling Amazon products to high revenue levels
- Experience planning and executing successful Amazon product launches
- Familiarity with external traffic strategies such as TikTok Ads, influencer marketing, or Meta Ads
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including design and operations
