Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator / Deal Administrator to manage the operational side of real estate transactions within the niche of USA Foreclosure handling wholesaling, creative finance transactions, distressed properties, and standard closings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, foreclosure, and title companies, and be capable of managing transactions from contract execution to closing and post-closing, while also overseeing properties still in the company’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Transaction Files: Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from contract signing through to closing and beyond, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work closely with title companies, attorneys, lenders, buyers, sellers, and other involved parties to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Fill out Transaction Documentation: Complete and review all necessary paperwork related to real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support Wholesale, Probate & Sub-2 Deals: Provide administrative support for foreclosure, wholesale, and creative finance deals.
- Insurance Coordination: Ensure that appropriate insurance is arranged and managed for properties involved in transactions.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong Communication Skills: Well-spoken and able to coordinate effectively with various parties involved in a transaction.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail when managing documents, transactions, and deadlines.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining organization and efficiency.
- Self-Starter: Capable of working independently and managing time effectively in a remote environment.
- Real Estate Experience: Previous experience in real estate, specifically with foreclosures or distressed properties, is required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Creative Finance Transactions: Familiarity with creative finance structures such as Sub-2 deals is a plus.
- Insurance Coordination Experience: Experience coordinating property insurance would be advantageous.
- CRM System Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM systems for managing transaction details and updating records is a plus.
