Senior Automation Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Automation Specialist to take ownership of our company’s tech stack and lead the development and implementation of automation solutions. This is a senior-level position requiring deep expertise in automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, n8n), cloud platforms (AWS), and database management (Airtable). The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced tech ninja, capable of optimizing and scaling our automation processes while ensuring seamless integration and operation across various systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, n8n, and AWS.
• Take full ownership of the company’s tech stack, identifying opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.
• Architect and implement solutions to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and enhance team productivity.
• Integrate and optimize various tools such as Airtable, CRM systems, and other business applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into automation workflows.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other team members in automation best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth running of automated processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in automation technologies and apply them to improve the company’s systems.

Mandatory Skills

• Extensive experience with Make.com, Zapier, n8n, and AWS.
• Advanced knowledge of Airtable, with the ability to build sophisticated workflows and integrations.
• Strong experience with automation architecture and system integration.
• Expertise in coding and scripting to customize automation tools (JavaScript, Python, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of tech stacks and driving automation initiatives.
• Ability to design, implement, and manage scalable automation systems.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working in a startup or scaling organization.
• Knowledge of additional automation platforms or tools.
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to identify pain points and propose tech-driven solutions.

Work Schedule

Flex hours – Result Oriented Rule

(Especially in the beginning, a fixed daily shift of 2-3 hours is required to sync for all tasks for the first two weeks. Afterwards, it will be more flexible. )
