*Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer who combines strong Adobe Illustrator expertise with proficiency in modern AI design tools to produce manufacturer-ready artwork. This part-time role focuses on creating polished designs, refining AI-generated concepts, and converting files into clean vector formats ready for production. The ideal candidate is creative, technically proficient, and comfortable balancing design work with occasional website updates.

Create original graphic designs using Adobe Illustrator for product and manufacturing needs
Use AI design tools (such as ChatGPT and other image generation platforms) to accelerate ideation and design drafts
Convert raster images (JPEG, PDF) from AI outputs into clean, production-ready vector files
Prepare finalized design files in formats required by manufacturers
Make small refinements and iterative edits to designs based on feedback
Perform minor website edits and tweaks as needed
Organize and manage design files through Google Drive for clear handoff and collaboration
Follow written instructions and SOPs to deliver work accurately and efficiently
Communicate progress and turnaround times clearly throughout the workflow

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator with a portfolio of professional design work
Demonstrated ability to vectorize raster images and prepare clean, manufacturer-ready files
Proficiency using AI design tools such as ChatGPT and image generation platforms
Skill in prompt engineering to produce usable AI design outputs
Strong eye for typography, color, composition, and visual detail
Experience organizing design files and collaborating through Google Drive
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback

Experience preparing artwork for physical product manufacturing or print production
Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop or InDesign
Basic website editing experience (e.g., simple page updates, image swaps, copy changes)
Ability to suggest creative solutions and improve design workflows
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working in a small, growing business environment
