Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to join our remote team. This role involves reaching out to potential sellers in the real estate market, generating leads, and ensuring that all inquiries are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage calls using internal tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to pre-qualified real estate sellers
- Provide accurate and timely information to potential sellers regarding property options
- Manage and update call records in the CRM, ensuring accurate lead status tracking
- Utilize call management software to log all interactions and follow established protocols
- Learn and apply specific real estate terminology when engaging with sellers
- Qualify leads by identifying key selling points, motivations, and property details
- Communicate professionally and empathetically, maintaining a positive relationship with potential clients
- Collaborate with the internal team to escalate qualified leads for further action
Mandatory Skills
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent
- Confident and empathetic communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and phone systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume calling environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Prior experience in real estate, or a strong interest in learning real estate terminology
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in real estate cold calling or lead generation
- Familiarity with lead tracking and ticketing systems
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of tools such as Ready Mode or similar dialers (a plus, not required)
