Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled PPC Virtual Assistant to fully manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google and Meta platforms for approximately 10 active client accounts. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented advertising professional who can drive conversions, generate high-quality leads, and consistently optimize performance while collaborating closely with our account management team. The ideal candidate has prior agency experience managing multiple PPC accounts simultaneously and a strong command of paid advertising best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Fully manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for 10+ client accounts
- Build, launch, and continuously refine ad campaigns to drive conversions and generate high-quality leads
- Develop compelling ad copy and offers that convert, applying proper grammar and clear messaging
- Optimize targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation to keep cost-per-click and cost-per-acquisition low
- Collaborate closely with account managers to align ad strategy with each client’s goals and brand
- Continuously monitor, review, and update paid ad strategies across all assigned accounts
- Maintain organized records of ad performance, strategies, and client deliverables
- Provide regular reporting and performance updates through internal communication channels
- Recommend and help implement improved conversion tracking tools and processes
- Stay current on platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends in paid advertising
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously (ideally 10 or more)
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization, lead generation, and ad targeting
- Proficiency in writing clear, grammatically correct, and persuasive ad copy
- Solid grasp of campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to keep multiple campaigns and clients on track
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for collaboration with the team
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency environment
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project/communication management tools
- Experience with conversion tracking platforms such as WhatConverts
- Knowledge of CRM tools and ability to recommend or implement conversion tracking improvements
- Ability to manage scaling workloads as the client portfolio grows
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and analytics platforms
