Photo Editor (Adobe Lightroom)

• *Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Photo Editor to handle high-volume image editing in Adobe Lightroom. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for color, can match a defined visual style with precision, and produces consistent, polished results across large batches of images. This role is perfect for someone who blends technical editing skill with an artistic sensibility for tone, color, and mood.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit digital images in Adobe Lightroom to match a defined visual style and reference look
• Match digital images to reference scans, achieving a close (approximately 90%) match in tone and feel
• Apply color grading and color correction to create a cohesive, signature aesthetic
• Adjust white balance, temperature, exposure, contrast, highlights, shadows, whites, and blacks
• Fine-tune texture, clarity, dehaze, vibrance, and saturation as needed per image
• Add subtle film grain and other finishing touches to maintain a consistent look
• Crop images to specified aspect ratios and rotate/straighten as needed
• Interpret and apply an established editing style across images without relying solely on presets
• Maintain consistency and quality across large volumes of images

Mandatory Skills

• Proven proficiency in Adobe Lightroom (full editing workflow)
• Strong color grading and color correction skills
• Excellent eye for tone, mood, and visual consistency
• Ability to match a reference style closely and replicate it across many images
• Understanding of cropping, framing, and aspect ratios
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback

Preferred Skills

• Experience editing toward a film-inspired or organic aesthetic
• Ability to interpret a visual style from sample galleries rather than only following presets
• Familiarity with batch editing and maintaining consistency across large image sets
• Experience working with preset and anchor-image workflows
• Ability to manage volume efficiently while preserving quality

Work Schedule
