GoHighLevel Website Builder (Luxury Real Estate)

• *Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Web Builder to design, build, and deploy high-converting websites using GoHighLevel snapshots. The ideal candidate can create a polished master website that can be cloned, customized, and rolled out repeatedly — complete with custom fields, workflow automations, and pipelines built right in, so each new build is turn-key from day one. This is a technical, hands-on role for someone who works fast, knows GoHighLevel inside out, and takes pride in delivering professional, ready-to-launch sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain master websites in GoHighLevel that can be cloned and duplicated for multiple end users
• Create reusable GoHighLevel snapshots with everything built in and ready to deploy
• Configure custom fields so cloned sites populate and customize cleanly
• Build workflow automations and pipelines directly into snapshots so sites are turn-key on rollout
• Customize cloned sites for individual end users (branding, images, contact details, and other variable elements)
• Optimize sites for search visibility, including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) for next-generation search
• Set up a content marketing engine to deliver ongoing evergreen content
• Optimize site performance, including Lighthouse scores
• Work efficiently to turn around builds quickly and reliably

Mandatory Skills

• Proven, hands-on expertise in GoHighLevel, especially building snapshots, custom fields, workflows, and pipelines
• Strong website design and build experience with a portfolio of completed, professional sites
• Knowledge of SEO and AEO best practices
• Experience optimizing site performance and Lighthouse scores
• Ability to work quickly and accurately to deliver clean, deploy-ready builds
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills

• Experience building high-end, premium-quality websites
• Familiarity with content marketing automation and evergreen content systems
