Job Overview

Our company is currently scaling rapidly and experiencing significant growth across international markets.

The Role:

We’re looking for a highly capable Personal Assistant to work directly with our CEO. This is NOT a traditional admin role – you’ll be taking business ideas and turning them into executed projects.

What You’ll Actually Do:

The CEO has many business growth initiatives but limited time to execute everything personally. Your job is to take those ideas and make them happen.

Real Examples:

Project 1: Media Outreach

  • CEO brief: “I want our podcast featured in Filipino magazines and websites organically”
  • You: Research media outlets, create outreach strategy, execute campaign, track results

Project 2: Partnership Development

  • CEO brief: “Find 10-15 similar agencies we could collaborate with”
  • You: Research agencies, identify contacts, develop partnership proposal, coordinate meetings

Project 3: Platform Strategy

  • CEO brief: “We need presence on Quora and Reddit for brand awareness”
  • You: Analyze competitors, develop content strategy, implement and optimize

How It Works:

  • CEO gives you brief idea (2-4 minute voice note)
  • You research, strategize, present options
  • CEO provides quick feedback
  • You execute and track results
  • You report progress regularly

Mandatory Requirements

Intelligence & Fast Learning

  • Pick up new concepts quickly
  • Understand business context
  • Comfortable learning new tools (we use AI extensively)
  • Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

Takes Initiative

  • Don’t wait for detailed instructions – figure it out
  • Propose solutions, not just identify problems
  • Comfortable with ambiguity

Excellent English

  • Near-native level (written and spoken)
  • Can write professional business communications
  • Articulate and can represent CEO professionally

Strategic Thinking

  • Understand the “why” behind tasks
  • Can prioritize effectively
  • Think ahead and anticipate challenges

Gets Things Done

  • Finish what you start
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deliver 80-90% quality quickly rather than 100% slowly

Preferred Skills

  • Background in marketing or business development
  • Previous experience supporting entrepreneurs
