Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Online Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our online sales channels and partnership ecosystem. This role encompasses full ownership of affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, social commerce, and e-commerce platform strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can drive sustainable online revenue growth through data-driven planning, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale affiliate and influencer platforms including Impact, Collabstr, Shopify Collabs, and similar channels
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with influencer and affiliate partners
- Plan, execute, and analyze influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns from end to end
- Develop and implement growth strategies for Amazon, Shopify, and other online sales channels
- Plan and run online promotions and sales campaigns to drive revenue
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates
- Implement customer acquisition and retention strategies across all online channels
- Collaborate with advertising, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and marketing partners
- Analyze platform performance data, prepare reports, set KPIs, and recommend improvement strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Lead cross-functional projects and improve operational processes across the online business
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing and/or influencer marketing
- Hands-on proficiency with platforms such as Impact, Shopify Collabs, and Collabstr
- Strong understanding of online sales funnels and digital marketing principles
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions
- Solid project management and partnership management capabilities
- Experience planning and executing online promotions and sales campaigns
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Shopify operations
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
- Experience working with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands
- Background managing online business operations in the U.S. market
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to contribute strategic recommendations beyond day-to-day execution
