Micro-Influencer Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Micro-Influencer Recruiter to help our client with influencer outreach. This position involves researching and reaching out to micro-influencers across platforms like TikTok and Instagram to collaborate with our client’s brand. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with influencer recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to efficiently handle administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential micro-influencers who align with the brand’s target audience.
• Conduct outreach via email and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Manage and track influencer communications and responses.
• Assist in the onboarding process for influencers, including contract signing and setting expectations.
• Support administrative tasks such as CRM management and reporting.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create a consistent brand message for influencer communications.

Mandatory Skills

• Previous experience in influencer outreach or recruitment (ideally micro-influencers).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively search for potential influencers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram) and influencer marketing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
• Understanding of the influencer marketing landscape.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing and contract management.
• Previous experience working in a remote environment.
