Job Summary
We are looking for a warm, confident Healthcare Partnership Outreach Specialist to help grow our referral network for pediatric ABA and occupational therapy services. In this role, you’ll reach out to pediatric medical offices, schools, daycares, and community organizations to introduce our services, build lasting relationships, and book meetings and tours with interested partners. The ideal candidate has a natural, personable phone presence, strong written English, and the organizational skills to keep a calendar and outreach tracker running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to pediatric medical offices, schools, daycares, and community organizations to introduce our therapy services and build referral relationships
- Send follow-up emails after each call using provided templates
- Book meetings and tours directly onto the team calendar when contacts express interest
- Follow a structured follow-up cadence to nurture leads over time
- Log every call, outcome, and next step accurately in the shared outreach tracker
- Maintain and update the partner and contact database, including organization details and call history
- Schedule, confirm, and send reminders for partner meetings and tours
- Draft routine correspondence such as thank-you notes and introductory emails from provided templates
- Compile a weekly outreach summary covering calls made, meetings booked, and follow-ups due
- Triage the outreach email inbox and flag items that need a direct response from leadership
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in outbound calling, cold calling, or phone-based outreach
- Clear, confident, and warm phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and a professional, personable approach
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Dialpad or similar cloud-based calling platforms
- Background in partnership development, referral outreach, or relationship-based sales
- Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare, therapy, or education organizations
- Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and priorities simultaneously
- A genuine interest in supporting families and children’s services

Work Schedule
Monday to Thursday, 4 hours per day, morning to midday, Eastern Time (pending hours confirmation)
