Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled GoHighLevel Expert VA to assist a client in managing and optimizing their GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and experience working with GHL, including setting up campaigns, automations, and integrations with other tools like Slack, Zapier, and n8n. This role involves organizing workflows, cleaning up tagging systems, creating dashboards, and integrating different tools to ensure smooth operations for course management, community building, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, update, and optimize GoHighLevel accounts, including automations, workflows, and campaigns.
- Clean up and optimize tagging systems to ensure smooth data flow and accurate reporting.
- Create and manage dashboards within GHL to track campaign performance and contacts.
- Assist in migrating and integrating content, including videos, PDFs, and other resources from platforms like Claude, Resend, and Lovable into GoHighLevel.
- Ensure that all client communications, including follow-up emails, are automated and streamlined within GHL.
- Help with the integration of new tools and apps (e.g., API setup) into GoHighLevel to support business needs.
- Provide clear documentation and SOPs for processes and workflows.
- Offer insights and recommendations on improving the existing system and workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL), including the creation of workflows, campaigns, and tagging systems.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, and Slack for efficient work processes.
- Strong understanding of integrations between GoHighLevel and other platforms, including email systems, course management platforms, and CRMs.
- Ability to analyze current workflows and make improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Experience in setting up dashboards and tracking campaign results.
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus, but willing to learn on the job.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow complex processes and set up systems accordingly.
