GoHighLevel Automation Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled GoHighLevel Specialist to build, optimize, and automate our CRM systems. This role focuses on the technical back end — designing pipelines, setting up workflows, and streamlining automations that keep our operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is technically sharp, highly reliable, and treats data security and client confidentiality with the utmost seriousness.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize GoHighLevel pipelines from the ground up
• Set up and refine automated workflows and triggers within GoHighLevel
• Configure and test new automations in a separate sandbox/sub-account before deploying them to the live business
• Streamline Google review collection and management to support local SEO and visibility
• Document and organize CRM processes so systems remain clean and scalable
• Troubleshoot and improve existing automations as the system grows
• Collaborate on potential expansion into social media content and engagement support as the role develops

Mandatory Skills

• Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (pipelines, workflows, automations, triggers)
• Strong understanding of CRM setup and marketing automation
• Strict attention to data security, confidentiality, and handling of sensitive contact information
• Ability to work independently, follow a detailed task list, and deliver without constant oversight
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Google reviews and supporting local SEO
• Social media management experience (content posting, community engagement)
• Familiarity with handling patient or healthcare-related data, and willingness to complete data-privacy/HIPAA training
• Experience building CRM systems in a regulated or privacy-sensitive environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
