Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and technically sharp GoHighLevel Automation VA to support the operational backbone of our growing agency. This part-time role is designed for someone who knows GoHighLevel deeply — not just as an end-user, but at the agency level — and is ready to take ownership of the automations, pipelines, and follow-up systems that keep our client delivery running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is someone who works methodically, communicates clearly, and knows when to act independently versus when to flag something for review. If you thrive in technical systems work and take pride in building reliable, well-configured automations, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and fine-tune existing GoHighLevel automations, pipelines, and triggers to ensure proper configuration and performance
- Set up and customize follow-up sequences — both SMS and email — for individual client sub-accounts
- Configure and manage the GoHighLevel Pro Agency account and its suite of features
- Ensure reply triggers and lead movement logic are accurately set up and functioning across all pipelines
- Support the setup, configuration, and ongoing monitoring of AI receptionist tools
- Assist with replicating service delivery workflows as new clients are onboarded to the agency
- Identify issues proactively and escalate to the appropriate team member when problems exceed your scope
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on GoHighLevel experience at the agency level — sub-account management, workflow automation, pipeline and trigger configuration
- Strong understanding of how GHL automations connect to lead generation and nurture workflows
- Ability to receive clear direction and execute with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a part-time capacity
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AI receptionist tools, AI chatbot setup, or voice-based automation platforms
- Experience with SnapDocs or similar e-signature/document delivery systems
- Background in agency-side client onboarding and service delivery replication
