E-commerce VA (Etsy & Pinterest Product Listing Specialist)

Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile and self-driven E-commerce & Social Media Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow an online shop specializing in digital products. This role combines hands-on e-commerce work — listing products, optimizing for search, and fulfilling orders — with social media management to build brand awareness and expand reach. The ideal candidate is experienced with online marketplaces, knows their way around SEO and listings, and can take initiative to get products live quickly and correctly.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and list digital products such as e-books and printable templates on Etsy
• Write and optimize listing titles, descriptions, and tags using SEO best practices
• Create and manage product listings and pins on Pinterest
• Drive sales and revenue through well-optimized, discoverable listings
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
• Source, create, and schedule content across social media platforms
• Build brand awareness and grow audience reach to attract new customers
• Respond to comments and engage with followers across platforms
• Support email outreach and customer communication as the role grows

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience managing an Etsy shop, including listings, SEO, and order fulfillment
• Experience using Pinterest for product marketing and traffic generation
• Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO (optimized titles, descriptions, and tags)
• Experience with social media management, content sourcing, and scheduling
• Ability to work accurately and quickly when uploading high volumes of products
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling or marketing digital products (e-books, printables, templates)
• Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva
• Knowledge of TikTok content and affiliate marketing
• Experience helping grow a new online shop from the early stages
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously
