Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and personable GoHighLevel Specialist to manage CRM operations, support marketing initiatives, and handle client-facing onboarding and follow-up. The ideal candidate has hands-on GoHighLevel experience, a solid marketing background, and excellent English communication skills, since this role involves direct interaction with clients. This is a great fit for a proactive, reliable professional who can manage tasks independently while representing the business professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and maintain campaigns, funnels, workflows, and automations within GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Onboard new clients onto the platform and set up their accounts and workflows
  • Communicate directly with clients in a professional, client-facing capacity
  • Handle client follow-ups and maintain consistent, timely communication
  • Support marketing initiatives, campaign execution, and ongoing optimization
  • Assist with day-to-day CRM administration and pipeline management
  • Troubleshoot basic platform issues and coordinate solutions
  • Collaborate closely with the team on process improvements and client success

Mandatory Skills

  • Hands-on experience working within GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Marketing background with an understanding of campaigns and funnels
  • Excellent, near-native English communication skills (written and verbal) for client-facing work
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a marketing agency environment
  • Proven ability to build and optimize automations and funnels
  • Experience onboarding clients onto a CRM or SaaS platform
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Comfort learning new tools quickly with minimal supervision

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 5 to 6 hours/day, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time
