- *Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled and confident Appointment Setter to join our growing team. The primary focus of this role is making outbound calls to warm leads, engaging prospects over the phone, and booking qualified appointments. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator with a results-driven mindset and experience working in fast-paced, phone-heavy environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to pre-generated warm leads throughout the workday
- Engage prospects in conversation, build rapport, and secure booked appointments
- Manage and update lead records within the CRM system accurately and in real time
- Send follow-up text messages to prospects who do not answer on the first attempt, directing them to a calendar booking link
- Track and organize daily appointment schedules to ensure a full calendar for the sales team
- Provide end-of-day reports on call volume, connection rates, and appointments booked
- Coordinate with the team lead to prioritize lead lists and optimize outreach strategy
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor on every call, representing the brand with excellence
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or outbound caller
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent and confident phone presence
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management systems
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality conversations
- Comfortable following scripts while adapting naturally to different prospects
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
Preferred Skills
- Experience with automated text messaging and calendar booking tools
- Background in B2C outbound calling or lead qualification
- Familiarity with A2P messaging workflows
- Ability to manage multiple lead lists and prioritize effectively
- Track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting quotas
- Experience working with a sales team and understanding of the appointment-to-close pipeline
