  • *Job Summary:** We are seeking a dependable and well-spoken HR Coordinator to support our human resources team with candidate screening, interview scheduling, and administrative organization. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, communicates clearly and naturally in English, and can manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone screenings of job applicants using a structured set of 10–15 interview questions
  • Review incoming resumes and assess candidate suitability before scheduling screenings
  • Schedule qualified candidates for follow-up interviews with the HR manager
  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and monitor application volume
  • Track and follow up on employee documentation such as medical and compliance records
  • Maintain organized digital files and databases for HR records
  • Communicate screening outcomes and candidate summaries to the HR manager
  • Support general administrative and organizational tasks as assigned by the HR team

Mandatory Skills

  • Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent — this is a critical requirement as the role involves extensive phone-based candidate interaction
  • Experience conducting phone interviews or phone-based screening calls
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documents, schedules, and follow-ups
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar productivity tools
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and representing the company professionally

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in an HR support, recruitment assistant, or administrative coordinator role
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR management software
  • Experience with data entry and document management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Background in scheduling, calendar management, or appointment coordination
