Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant to engage with online communities, identify prospects actively seeking our services, and guide them toward booking a call. The role blends social media lead engagement, light CRM and reporting work, and conducting initial intake calls with interested prospects. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication, a sharp eye for qualifying leads, and the discipline to track and report on their own activity.Key
Responsibilities
Monitor an active online investment community and respond to relevant posts from prospects seeking financing
Direct interested prospects to a booking link to connect with the team
Use a social selling / lead-aggregation tool to surface and engage qualified prospects across multiple online communities
Apply clear guidelines (SOPs) to distinguish genuine, qualified leads from irrelevant posts
Conduct initial intake calls to clarify prospect details and qualify them before handoff
Log prospect information and activity accurately in the CRM
Track daily activity and prepare weekly reports on conversations, conversions, and issues using spreadsheets
Surface insights from prospect interactions to help refine the lead process over time
Mandatory Skills
Excellent spoken and written English for conducting intake calls and engaging prospects
Experience with social media engagement, lead generation, or appointment setting
Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot
Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) for activity tracking and reporting
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow SOPs accurately
Comfortable making intake calls with a professional, friendly phone manner
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in the real estate, lending, mortgage, or financial services space
Familiarity with social selling or lead-aggregation tools
Experience with Calendly or other scheduling tools
Background in appointment setting or inside sales support
Comfortable working with AI tools for call summaries and data entry
Ability to take on additional administrative tasks as the role grows
