Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable SEO Specialist to improve our search rankings, drive organic traffic, and strengthen our online visibility. This role covers keyword research, on-page and technical optimization, content recommendations, and ongoing performance tracking. The ideal candidate is analytical, results-driven, and stays current with search engine best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research and identify high-value search opportunities
Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and content
Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues affecting crawlability and indexing
Develop and execute link-building and off-page SEO strategies
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and performance using analytics tools
Provide content and structure recommendations to improve search visibility
Optimize site speed, mobile usability, and overall site health
Track and report on key SEO metrics and progress toward goals
Research competitors and identify gaps and opportunities
Stay updated on algorithm changes and adjust strategy accordingly

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience in SEO with measurable results
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
Understanding of keyword research and search intent
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong communication skills and ability to present findings clearly

Preferred Skills

Experience with content marketing and SEO copywriting
Familiarity with WordPress and common SEO plugins (Yoast, Rank Math)
Basic knowledge of HTML and site structure
Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of conversion rate optimization
