Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and communications efforts. This role focuses on managing our social media presence, executing email campaigns, editing short-form video content, and tracking performance across all channels. You will work closely with our marketing team to maintain brand consistency, grow our audience engagement, and provide strategic insights through data analysis. Key Responsibilities

  • Publish and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram using Metricool, taking increasing ownership of social media strategy
  • Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and brand alignment
  • Resize, format, and adapt graphics in Canva for different platforms and content types
  • Monitor social media engagement and flag meaningful comments or messages requiring team response
  • Execute email campaigns in Mailchimp, including monthly impact updates and newsletters
  • Build, format, and manage emails in Mailchimp, ensuring on-brand design and timely delivery
  • Manage email subscriber lists, tags, and segments to maintain a clean database
  • Track and report on email performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement
  • Pull monthly performance reports from Metricool, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics
  • Present clear, data-driven summaries to leadership highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights
  • Maintain and update Canva template library to ensure all assets meet current brand standards
  • Update key statistics, portfolio details, and brand information across marketing assets
  • Edit short-form videos (2-5 minutes) for social media and investor updates, adding captions and branding elements
  • Support the creation of short-form video clips from existing footage for multi-platform distribution
  • Organize and manage the media library to ensure footage and assets are easily accessible

Mandatory Skills

  • Proficiency with social media scheduling tools such as Metricool
  • Strong experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools
  • Experience building and managing email campaigns in Mailchimp
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and website performance tracking
  • Basic video editing skills (tools such as Decodis or similar)
  • Excellent written English with clear, professional communication
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining responsive to team direction
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with social media analytics and performance optimization
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn best practices for professional and B2B content
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook for calendar and email management
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint for file and document management
  • Background in impact investing, finance, or non-profit sectors
  • Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate team needs and suggest improvements
  • Comfort working across multiple time zones with remote teams
