Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Forecasting Virtual Assistant with strong spreadsheet skills to maintain and update our inventory management and forecasting dashboards. The role centers on keeping a detailed Google Sheets system accurate, processing Amazon inventory and order reports, and supporting warehouse replenishment decisions. The ideal candidate is an Excel/Google Sheets expert who is precise with data, comfortable following established processes, and open to learning our specific workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update a detailed inventory and forecasting dashboard built in Google Sheets
Pull and process Amazon order reports, inventory reports, and warehouse inventory reports
Calculate warehouse replenishment needs based on current stock levels and target days of cover
Input data into a sales tracker that summarizes performance across rolling periods (e.g., 3-day, 7-day)
Ensure all formulas (such as XLOOKUPs) pull from the correct columns and keep data aligned
Monitor FBA available and reserved inventory and keep all figures accurate
Copy, refresh, and update source data so automated calculations run correctly
Suggest improvements to the dashboard and implement approved changes

Mandatory Skills

Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including XLOOKUP, formulas, and dashboard maintenance
Experience with inventory management, forecasting, or data tracking
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers and data
Ability to learn and follow established processes and written guides
Open to training and feedback, and willing to adapt to an existing workflow
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBA reports
Experience in e-commerce or product/inventory-based businesses
Data analytics and dashboard-building experience
Ability to present data in a clean, client-ready format
A proactive mindset with the ability to suggest process improvements
Background in warehouse replenishment or supply chain support
