Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to build workflows, automations, and sales funnels for a veterinary services practice. This is a project-based engagement focused on setting up a fully functional GHL environment from scratch, including removing existing faulty workflows, creating new automations, configuring landing pages, and integrating with payment and communication tools. The ideal candidate can execute quickly and deliver a polished, fully operational system.

Key Responsibilities

Audit and remove existing non-functional workflows in GoHighLevel
Design and build new workflows and automations from scratch based on business requirements
Set up and configure sales funnels, lead capture forms, and nurture sequences
Create and optimize landing pages using GoHighLevel’s built-in page builder
Integrate GoHighLevel with payment processing tools such as Stripe
Configure appointment booking automations and confirmation sequences
Test all workflows and automations thoroughly to ensure proper functionality
Document all workflows, automations, and configurations for ongoing maintenance
Train the admin team member on basic GHL operations and workflow maintenance before project completion

Mandatory Skills

Proven hands-on experience building workflows and automations in GoHighLevel
Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead capture, and automated nurture sequences
Experience creating and optimizing landing pages within GoHighLevel
Ability to integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools including payment processors
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines
Strong communication skills with the ability to document processes clearly
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Skills

Experience working with veterinary, healthcare, or service-based businesses
Familiarity with GoHighLevel sub-agency accounts and advanced configurations
Experience training non-technical staff on GHL management and maintenance
Knowledge of Google Ads and Yelp Ads integration with GoHighLevel
Ability to provide strategic recommendations for workflow and funnel optimization
Experience with Twilio integration
