Job Summary
We are seeking a confident and results-driven SaaS Sales Specialist to own the demo-and-close stage of our sales process for a no-code software product. Working from a steady stream of qualified leads, you will run live product demos, handle objections, and close deals through to signed agreements. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with proven SaaS sales experience and the ability to manage a pipeline independently from first conversation to closed deal.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live product demos for prospective clients, presenting the software’s value proposition clearly and persuasively
- Close deals independently, handling objections and negotiating terms through to signed agreements
- Receive and manage qualified leads passed in from outreach efforts, moving them through each stage of the sales pipeline
- Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, follow-ups, and deal stages within the CRM
- Run timely follow-up sequences with prospects to keep deals moving and reduce drop-off
- Track sales performance metrics and report on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and closed deals
- Identify patterns in objections and demo feedback to refine the sales approach over time
- Collaborate on lead qualification criteria to ensure the pipeline stays focused on high-intent prospects
Mandatory Skills
- Demonstrated SaaS sales experience, including running product demos and closing deals end-to-end
- Strong ability to handle objections, negotiate, and guide prospects to a signed agreement
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably GoHighLevel or similar platforms
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and following up with leads systematically
- Confident and professional presence during live demos and client interactions
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling no-code, automation, or workflow software products
- Background in the education, EdTech, or language learning industry
- Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and warm follow-up strategies
- Experience working alongside a dedicated outreach or lead-generation function
- Understanding of cold email and outreach workflows (to coordinate smoothly with the outreach team)
- Ability to manage multiple sales conversations and deals simultaneously
