Job Summary

A speaking engagement and consulting business serving schools, universities, corporations, and organizations — offering keynote speaking, author readings, and climate and culture consulting. The business is active and growing; the pipeline just needs someone dedicated to building it.

Working provided lead lists through every available channel — calls, emails, follow-ups — until an appointment is booked or the lead is fully worked. The primary targets are schools and universities. Leads are supplied; the job is to convert them into booked speaking engagement appointments. No lead generation — just relentless, organized follow-through.

The initial focus is building pipeline for the upcoming school year.

Someone genuinely comfortable on the phone who doesn’t need to be pushed to make calls. Cold outreach can be a grind — this position needs someone who treats it like a system, not a chore. Prior experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, or education-sector outreach is a strong plus.

This is a full-time role with a flexible start date. If you’re organized, persistent, and good with people over the phone, this is a straightforward role with room to grow alongside the business.

  • Send follow-up texts or WhatsApp messages as a third-touch channel
  • Log all call activity, outcomes, and notes in Excel/Google Sheets (or GoHighLevel when set up)
  • Work leads across all three channels before marking as lost — maximize every contact
  • Send meeting reminders and follow-up correspondence as needed
  • Report regularly on call volume, contact rates, and appointments booked

  • Experience with multi-channel outreach (calls, email, SMS/messaging) — MUST
