- *Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced GHL Expert to build, implement, and manage our GoHighLevel CRM platform. This role involves setting up the website, sales funnels, automation workflows, and outbound/inbound lead generation processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can take ownership of the full GHL ecosystem and ensure it runs smoothly from setup through ongoing maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure a GoHighLevel CRM instance from the ground up, including website, funnels, and landing pages
- Set up automation workflows for outbound and inbound lead generation
- Create and optimize sales funnels that drive prospects to booking meetings
- Implement email and SMS sequences for lead nurturing and follow-up
- Integrate LinkedIn outreach processes into the GHL workflow
- Configure appointment booking systems and calendar integrations
- Maintain and troubleshoot the GHL platform on an ongoing basis
- Replicate the GHL setup as a blueprint for additional business instances as needed
- Provide recommendations on simplification and optimization of existing content and processes within GHL
Mandatory Skills
- Proven hands-on experience building and managing GoHighLevel CRM environments from scratch
- Strong knowledge of GHL features including funnels, workflows, automations, pipelines, and calendar booking
- Experience setting up outbound and inbound lead generation systems within GHL
- Proficiency in creating websites, landing pages, and sales funnels inside GoHighLevel
- Understanding of email and SMS marketing automation sequences
- Ability to integrate third-party tools and platforms with GHL
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the business owner
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach strategies and tools
- Experience with Apollo or similar data enrichment platforms
- Background in setting up CRM systems for B2B consulting or professional services businesses
- Knowledge of SEO and conversion optimization for GHL-built websites
- Ability to document processes and create SOPs for recurring tasks
- Experience managing multiple GHL sub-accounts or snapshots
