So what does the VA MASTERS training process look like?
1. Together with our clients, we map the processes they want to delegate and prepare detailed training videos showing how tasks should be professionally executed.
2. We transform these videos into comprehensive SOPs with step-by-step instructions and screenshots.
3. Clients review and confirm the SOP’s accuracy and completeness.
4. Together we train the Filipino VA who then begins taking assignments.
5. In the following days, we and the clients monitor the process and approve the outputs.
6. The process is officially transferred to the VA, with all communication flowing through our joint WhatsApp group for continuous support.
7. We maintain regular contact through weekly and monthly calls to ensure both professional and personal well-being.
