- *Job Summary:** We are looking for a driven and persuasive Outbound Sales VA to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to warm and cold leads, qualifying prospects, and booking discovery calls with our senior sales team. The ideal candidate is confident, articulate, and motivated by results — someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and understands how to connect with high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and social media (DMs, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a strong fit before booking
- Schedule discovery or strategy calls between qualified prospects and the sales team
- Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet committed to a call
- Manage and update the CRM with accurate lead information, call notes, and appointment statuses
- Handle objections professionally and confidently to move prospects through the pipeline
- Maintain a high volume of daily outreach while preserving quality and professionalism
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts, messaging, and outreach strategies
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience as an appointment setter, sales development representative, or similar outreach role
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills with a confident, professional tone
- Experience handling objections and keeping prospects engaged through follow-up
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach across multiple channels (phone, email, DMs)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-through
- Ability to represent the brand professionally at all times
Preferred Skills
- Experience setting appointments specifically for high-ticket offers ($2,000+)
- Background in coaching, consulting, agency, real estate, or similar high-ticket industries
- Familiarity with outreach tools such as ManyChat, Instantly, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience working with sales scripts and the ability to adapt them naturally in conversation
- Understanding of sales funnel stages and buyer psychology
- Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding appointment-setting KPIs
