- *Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled GoHighLevel Specialist to help build out and fully configure our CRM and automation platform. This hands-on role involves setting up agency and sub-account environments, building workflows, configuring notifications, integrating forms, and migrating existing communication processes into GoHighLevel. The ideal candidate is collaborative, experienced with the full GHL ecosystem, and confident enough to recommend best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure GoHighLevel agency and sub-account environments from the ground up
- Build automated workflows for lead capture, client communication, and notifications
- Create and configure forms within GoHighLevel to replace existing third-party form tools
- Migrate email and SMS communication processes from legacy platforms into GoHighLevel
- Configure notification systems and triggers to streamline client-facing communications
- Integrate GoHighLevel with existing tools including Google Workspace and external platforms
- Collaborate directly with the business owner to establish best practices and optimize the platform setup
- Provide guidance and recommendations on GoHighLevel features, configurations, and workflow design
- Assist with initial advertising setup within GoHighLevel once the core platform is operational
- Document processes and configurations to support long-term platform management
Mandatory Skills
- Proven hands-on experience setting up and configuring GoHighLevel (agency and sub-account levels)
- Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel workflows, automations, triggers, and notification systems
- Experience building forms, funnels, and landing pages within GoHighLevel
- Ability to migrate communication processes (email, SMS) from other CRMs or platforms into GoHighLevel
- Familiarity with Google Workspace integration
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical configurations in plain language
- Proactive problem-solver who can recommend improvements and best practices
Preferred Skills
- Experience configuring GoHighLevel for service-based businesses
- Familiarity with advertising and lead generation tools within GoHighLevel
- Experience with third-party booking platforms and CRM migration
- Knowledge of third-party form builders (for migration context)
- Ability to create SOPs and documentation for platform configurations
- Experience supporting small business owners or solo founders in building out their tech stack
