Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media and Content Manager VA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media channels, content creation, and engagement strategies. You will be responsible for building and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing content calendars. The successful candidate will help grow our online presence and engage with our community across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand and goals
  • Create high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored for each social media platform
  • Monitor and engage with community comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other teams to align content with marketing, sales, and customer service efforts
  • Track social media analytics and create reports to optimize strategies and improve engagement
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and tools to implement best practices

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong writing skills with an eye for detail and creativity
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for business or personal brands
  • Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite (optional but preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in video editing for social media content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok)
  • Knowledge of social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
  • Experience with SEO and blog writing is a plus
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
