Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and resourceful Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to support our business development efforts. This role is focused on generating and nurturing leads, booking appointments, and helping us scale our client base. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and motivated to grow alongside the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients through various channels including online research, directories, and outreach platforms
- Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Qualify incoming and outbound leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline
- Book discovery calls and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM (HighLevel)
- Follow up with warm leads and nurture prospects who are not yet ready to convert
- Support the transition from organic and referral-based growth to a scalable outbound sales process
- Collaborate closely with the internal team via Slack to coordinate outreach efforts and pipeline updates
Mandatory Skills
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or business development support
- Proficiency with CRM tools, ideally GoHighLevel (HighLevel)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Organized, self-directed, and able to manage a pipeline with minimal oversight
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with outbound communication and persistent follow-up
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a digital marketing or agency environment
- Familiarity with appointment-setting workflows and sales cadence tools
- Background in outbound email campaigns or LinkedIn prospecting
- Understanding of basic marketing concepts and how agencies deliver value to clients
- Ability to suggest improvements to outreach processes based on data and results
- Comfortable using Slack and Teamwork for day-to-day coordination
