Linkedin Content Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented LinkedIn Content Designer to join our team. In this role, you will create high-quality visual content tailored for LinkedIn, including infographics and carousels. This full-time position requires you to deliver polished designs with a focus on visual hierarchy, typography, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging, visually appealing infographics and carousels for LinkedIn using Canva
• Participate in commenting on LinkedIn posts (training provided)
• Ensure all designs are polished, high-quality, and adhere to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand visual requirements and contribute to the social media strategy

Mandatory Skills

• Mid-level or senior-level design experience
• Strong proficiency in Canva (Photoshop and Figma skills are a plus)
• Portfolio or design samples showcasing infographics, carousels, or similar social media content
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate within a team
• Capable of meeting deadlines and delivering designs on time

Preferred Skills

• Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, or Illustrator
• Knowledge of LinkedIn best practices for visual content
• Understanding of social media marketing and the impact of visuals on engagement
• Experience creating designs for other social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and work under pressure
