Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Copywriter VA to join our team and support content creation across multiple platforms. This role involves writing, editing, and managing content for our website, blog, newsletters, and social media, ensuring all messaging aligns with our brand’s voice and tone. Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread content for the website, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to understand projects, services, and client stories.
• Conduct research on industry trends, topics, and competitors to create relevant and engaging content.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
• Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and engagement.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all written materials.
• Adapt technical information into accessible, engaging content for clients and prospects.
• Work with other team members (e.g., videographers, designers) to complement content with visuals.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience as a copywriter, content writer, or similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
• Ability to simplify technical topics for general audiences.
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the construction, tech, or drone industry (a plus, not required).
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
